Cooking time: 15 minutes
Place a large skillet (preferably cast iron) on a medium high heat.
Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil in skillet followed by one 10 ounce pack frozen edamame(thawed and patted dry), yellow chili flakes and 3 smashed garlic cloves. Cook tossing often, until edamame are lightly blistered and garlic is golden, about 5 minutes. Toss in 1/2 teaspoon of limo chili flakes and 1 teaspoon of flor de sal.
Serve with lime wedges
