Cooking time: 15 minutes



  • 2 Tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 10 ounce pack frozen edamama(thawed and patted dry)
  • 2 Tablespoons Paqu Jaya Yellow Chili Flakes
  • 3 Smashed unpeeled garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paqu Jaja Limo Chili Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Nina Muru Flor de Sal
  • Lime wedges for garnish


Place a large skillet (preferably cast iron) on a medium high heat.

Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil in skillet followed by one 10 ounce pack frozen edamame(thawed and patted dry), yellow chili flakes and 3 smashed garlic cloves. Cook tossing often, until edamame are lightly blistered and garlic is golden, about 5 minutes. Toss in 1/2 teaspoon of limo chili flakes and 1 teaspoon of flor de sal.


Serve with lime wedges
